Well the Indian hopes of making it to F1 next season has increased considerably after Chandhok has admitted that there could be three naturalistic options for him to have a seat in one of the F1 teams next season. I also believe that he is negotiation stages with a couple of F1 teams but there is nothing concrete to suggest that the deal is certain. We have already heard Vijay Mallya come out and say that he will not let National sentiments overrule his decision of who will be next year’s drivers for his team Force India but he did say that if Chandhok proves himself in the Mclaren simulator he has every possibility of making the team. Chandhok’s entire team of sponsors and advisors (including his father) are currently busy looking at all the possibilities and the ideal deal for the Chennai based racer. I haven’t seen too much of this guy but I feel there will be one or two teams willing to give him a go just to see if he is worth the hype.
